Realtek Problem
Hey everyone.
My problem with my Realtek Sound card is it won't let me record sounds say like games and let me talk to other people the same time. For example I am playing a multiplayer game with my friends and we using microphones to talk to each other so we don't have to type which may end up getting us killed. But at the same time I want to record with sound and upload them for people to watch. But I can only do one of these things at a time and not both together. After a little searching I found out Stereo Mix is the cause as it is greyed out resulting in similar issues I seen somewhere here before. I can enable or disable it but I can not change the volume. I believe it to be this because enabling it lets me record ingame sounds but makes my microphone all high and stuff to other people from what I can tell. I looked around and couldn't find any solutions. I have tried updating and reinstalling it but no good. Here is a picture of it being greyed: http://i37.tinypic.com/2qteqs9.jpg |
