Re: NO internet or Itunes or Windows media player sounds
Goto Control Panel / Hardware tab / Device Manager - are there any devices listed with a yellow ! ?
You can also goto Control Panel / Sounds and Audio Devices / Audio tab - you should see an audio device (likely your soundcard) listed in each section.

Re: NO internet or Itunes or Windows media player sounds
There are no yellow exclamation points. In fact, each one says that the device is working properly. I proceeded to update all device drivers (for some reason I have like 8 audio drivers). And still nothing. Thanks though.

Re: NO internet or Itunes or Windows media player sounds
Goto Control Panel / Sounds and Audio Devices / Volume tab - Advanced button and ensure the volume levels are turned up on everything and nothing is muted.
You can uninstall any soundcard related drivers and software from Add and Remove Programs, then reboot. After Windows boots, you can then reinstall your audio drivers/software.
