Sound is distorted only after restarting the computer from windows

Hello Everybody,

I have this problem since i bought my pc 1 year ago and it's sooo strange...
i nearly gave up coz it's not so anoying.. but i never saw something like that.. and nobody knows.

My computer is working very well but.. when i restart it from widows (vista).
The sound is crappy.. so distorted, for exemple when there is video activity that it could hurt your ears.

It's not a sound card, or driver issues, i tryed with 3 different soundcards.
PCI or PCIe... but still same problem. the sound works perfectly when i do a fresh start and everything is find. But after a restart the sound is crappy each time.

I'm starting to think than when i restart my pc, my PSU maybe give too much powers, wich could "overclock" the PCI ports... i dont know. how can i solve it.

all the drivers of my computer are up to date. Chipset included. my motherboard is a Striker II extreme. the issue would occur with any soundcard. i got a GTX 260 vid card.. and what is interresting is that i dont have the prob. when graphic drivers are not installed. so the sound problem
seems linked somewhere with video. (craklings increase with video activity)

At least, it only occurs when i restart my pc from windows.... it's rare, and i can still use my pc.. but it's more bye curiosity that i post it.

The person finding what that problem could be would be my god.. lol coz nobody knows.. not anyn tech support since 1 year.. and i tryed everything.

Sooo.. sorry for my english. and if someone know the answer, it would be really appreciated.

love
