Help to fix my sound. Running out of ideas

Hello I a new here. My puter has no sound as of now. It quit for some reason a while ago. Speakers are good and on. The little speaker icon next to the clock on the bottom right corner is gone. I have looked around and can't seem to make anything work.

When I go to control panel> sounds and audio devices> Says " No audio device"

I have read all the stickys on this page about restoring sound and I still come up with nothing. I live out in the middle of nowhere and would like to fix it if I can with your guys help before I take it to the city for work, Any help or advice is apprecaited.

Thank you!

Downloaded Everest and this what it has to say.
