my new soundcard
hi
i just bought a new card..its the soundwave 7.1 pci card by siig.well i installed it properly and im having a problem with it and audacity.when i play a song into my computer i get very little power.the vu meter register only 3 quarters of the way up,then when i try to correct it amplifliying it with audacity it doesnt work very well.i cant get higher than an o.4.when i had my on board card enabled it worked very well between the 2.now with the new card im having issues.why would the onboard work and not the new card?i disabled the on board card but still "no soap".any suggestions would be appreciated.. lenny ps is turtle beach a good card? |
