Update.inf , HDA Bus driver not found problem.

So , this other day , i reinstalled Windows , 64 bit SP2 .
but when i went to install the soundmax drivers , the error " The HDA bus driver is required , and not found" so i google'd around, and found out that many others had the same problem, so i tried the following :
- Installing the microsoft HD Audio QFE file ( KB835221.exe )
but then came a setup error saying : Upload.inf file not found, setup could not update the system.

so i tried to check the integrety of the system ( cmd - sfc/scannow )
but this didn't work.

- Rename Edb.log file and catroot file , but neighter of these sulotions worked.

so it seems to be down to the Update.inf file, do anybody here know how to fix this file, or know another way to fix this problem ?

System specs :
Asus P5N32-E SLI
Intel Quad Core q6600
3,5 GB Ram
2 x 8800 GTS 320 mb
750 W corsair psu

Have you installed the chipset Drivers first.

Download the drivers from the ASUS website for your MB.

yes, i'v allready installed the chipset drivers.
