Sound Driver
No sound when windows xp reinstalled.when i go to play audio or video my pc says baddirect sound driver.please install proper driver or select another device in configuration. How can i get rid from this problem?

You need to install your sound driver so that your motherboard's sound chip can interface with windows, this driver should have been on a CD that came with the motherboard. If you don't have that you'll have to download the driver. Go to Start >> Control Panel >> Device Manager and see if your sound device is listed there, it will probably have a yellow triangle with an exclamation point next to it, or else a gray X. See if it lists what it is there, it will probably be RealTek something or other.
