Mic not working with onbaord sound drivers
I have an MSI P35D3 Plat mobo
window vista home basic OS im just using the stock onboard sound drivers (realtek HD 7.1) Heres the issue and im stumped. i had a cam installed a logitek quick cam with the microphone drivers. ive been using the mic and its not sounded great so i decided to look into this. For some reason the system seems to be needing those logitec sound drivers to work because when i removed the cam from the system and all the drivers my mic is no longer working, however my sound is. the headset is a cheap cyber accoustics walmart special headset i only spent around $15-$20 on. Ive checked my bios and my HD audio is enabled. drivers are REINSTALLED after removal of the old logi ones. im stumped on why my mic wont work. |
