Can't find the right driver for my sound card

Hi everyone , I just registered in this forum and I am really sorry that my post is asking for help and not giving a short presentation of me ... I hope you understand me because I really need this problem fixed asap :)
So , As you can see the title of this topic tells everything... I am trying to make my sound device work but I am not able to do that since I don't know the right driver for my PC ... My sound card is smt like SigmaTel ....
If someone can help please reply here and I will try to assist ,

Need make and model # of you pc, or of your motherboard if it is a custom build.

please I would really like someone to help me out here. My PC 6 chaudio sound card but i'm finding it difficult to find the right driver. Please I really need help
