no sound whatsoever, no driver
ok well comp was filled with junk and asked my teenage bro to delete remove some programs from add or remove programs to free up some space and it seems like he deleted some sort of windows program for sound coz there is no sound whatsoever. i have headphones speakers everything.
one example is when i start up itunes i get a message saying "itunes has detected a problem with the audio configuration. audio/video playback may not work properly." i really need sound on this comp desperately. ive been told i need a new driver or something but unsure. i have been told i can download it from internet but all the programs seem to be driver checkers to see which need updating rather than the actual drivers. My comp is as follows: Acer T310 MHD12335Intel(R)Pentium(R) 4CPU 2.80Ghz 2.80GHz, 1.50GB of RAM Microsoft Windows XP home edition version 2002 service pack 2 please help! |
