soundcard stopped working??

hi, i have a soundblaster card which has suddenly stopped working? its hooked up to an external amp and speakers and i know that they work.
i've changed cables around to see if its them but it isn't.

One thing that does work is the front audio panel on my pc (line in, microphone, and headphones) which goes directly to the soundcard. if i attached headphones i can get sound, so im guessing its the actual port on the soundcard thats the problem?? i can't work exactly what it is though.
any help would be appreciated. thanks.

phew! got it working again, just reinserted it.
