sound card, software for MP3 recording?
hi,
I want to get a cheap (up to about $100 total budget) microphone / software / soundcard as a gift to a school near here that wants to put audio files online for language learning. I am not really sure what their setup is now but given that their budget is tight, probably machines are a little on the older side - don't know for sure if they use Mac or Windows. Can people suggest a fairly cheap setup that will work on either platform (sorry if that is a silly question, I just don't know if it is possible), thank you! |
