No active mixer devices!

hi. can you halp me plz? i tried installing the drive but it said it will not work for my computer. it is a windows xp DELL we do get error sounds but nothing else. i would be so greatful and btw we just restarted/rebooted the computer.

Can you give us the make and model of your Dell computer?
