Argg Please tell me what to do
For a long time now, months, I will randomly lose sound when I am listening to music or watching videos on youtube. It is just random, no reason the sound just stops. It seems like it restarts again whenever it wants to. Even restarting my computer does not always work, sometimes it does but not always. I have an emachines computer running Windows XP. I never get an error message or anything, the sound just stops and restarts when it wants to, sometimes days later, sometimes hours later. I am not sure if it is connected but I also have problems were I try to watch a video online and the streaming will just stop as if frozen. It seems to always do this when I attempt to watch a longer video, about halfway through. Restarting my computer doesn't work, refreshing the web page doesn't work, nothing seems to work. I know absolutely nothing about computers, I really don't, and I can't seem to get help anywhere else. What do you think the problem with the sound could be? And the streaming videos that randomly stop and refuse to restart?
Thank you for your help. I really need it. I am going nuts with these stupid problems here. |
