RealTek HD Audio problems one speaker

Hello,

Problem left speaker wont work in stereo mode seems to think I only have 2 speakers rear and right when i have 3 left, rear, right

Right and Rear speaker work.

I have an area 51 m9750 laptop.
When I plug my headphones in both the left and right headphones work.
I have uninstalled the Driver and Reinstalled the most current driver and is up to date. It is not muted. I have checked the Balance is correct.

When I test the left speaker in the Realtek HD audio manager I get sound from my Rear speaker on my laptop and no sound from the left, When I test the right speaker the right speaker makes sound.

I have attached a copy of my Realtek HD audio setup

any Idea's would be appreciated

I also attached a summary from Everest

What speakers? The ones on the laptop? Or ones you have hooked up to the laptop.
