MIDI input using line in or mic
Is it possible because i have a electric guitar and guitar pro 5 lets you record from a MIDI device but i have none i was wondering if it could use line in or mic jack, i have my guitar going through my computer just as a sound in.

i've tried... and its not working. its pretty definite i've realised that you need a midi converter of some sorts. Man im so sure you're pc should be able to convert or some freeware somewhere... I'll keep googling!
