Creative X-Fi Surround 5.1 + Windows Vista
Hi!
I would like to buy Creative X-Fi Surround 5.1, but for some reason the shop where I buy hardware says that this sound card is "not yet available". They say that they can only sell me Creative Sound Blaster Surround 5.1 (70SB049002004) wich seems to be an earlier version of the first sound card I mentioned. These sound cards seem to be pretty much equal right? I am using Windows Vista Home Premium and I'm afraid that maybe the older sound card (sencond mentioned) is not "vista ready" or for some reason doesnt work 100% with vista, so creative made the second sound card (first mentioned) wich is finally "vista ready". Now that I bought Razer Barracuda HP-1 Gaming Headphones I really need this sound card so if someone knows please tell me if the old sound card works fine with vista or not.
