Help with audio mixer device problem... PLEASE
Ok here it goes my whole comp life story. well theres no audio mixer device. i even called dell to help me with it but we its just hard to understand them sometimes and it looks like this is the place to go... im going to go insane if i cant figure this out! please help me

Use the Dell CD that has states something about drivers & applications.
Mount it from the desktop and it should automatically load. Dell drivers, etc., are in compressed files. Look for something about your sound card. Select it and follow prompts to install the driver & utilities. Sound card drivers actually are EXE installs because both drivers & the sound card utilities must be installed. In the case of Dell, it is even harder since all the actual install files are compressed and must be unpacked first, which is what the Dell CD does for you.
