Sb card question...

Hi,
I have a pci sound blaster x-fi xtreme fidelty. Thats a pretty good card right? lol. I had some problems with it running bf2 and i thought it could run it easy. EA told me to lower dx sound accelerationj and that fixed it. Could it be my speakers? Or lack of speakers? Im using my moniters built in speaker could that be the problem?

Monitor built in speakers are terrible.

Yes but would replacing them solve the freezes or what?
