Gaming port problems
I have a system that is running XP PRO. I have a old sound blaster live sound card. Windows loaded the right drivers for the card. Then I hooked up my joystick and let Windows run its thing. Then I followed the instructions on how to setup the joystick. Well after I did all of this I get a message that the gaming port is not working , So I troubleshoot it. I fiannly got it to work, but now I can not get any response out of the joystick. Windows sees the joystick, it sees the game port. There is no pins that is bent. I'm just at a lost as what to do. Please help.
Thanks Justin P.S. My joystick is a Mircosoft Sidewinder Precision Pro |
