Sound Scratching
I have a Creative Audigy 2 6.1 sound card. The card is about 5 years old and about 4 months back it started giving me static noise. I know it is not the speakers. It worked perfectly on my pc and I haven't changed anything on my computer. Where do I start looking or are there diagnostic tools I can use to find the problem. I do not like using the onboard sound as it picks up the noise from the system on the speakers.
