sound cards and midi
hey, i know this may sound kinda dumb but i'm not a sound card expert and was thinking of buying an midi sequencer to write some music. however, in order to have virtual intruments i need to spend hundreds of dollars. i have heard somewhere that sound cards have some....presumebly in rom chips. idk. is this true?
