Sound problem

I rebooted my computer and the sound doesnt not work..I goto control panel, system, device manager and there alot of question marks .... Im not sure what the problem is. I know that my sound doesnt work though. My information for my motherboard is.. because my sound card is contected to it.
Manufacturer: Micro Star International
Model: MS-7248R A-13
not sure what kind of soundcard it is its stock came with the computer. I do not know if its drivers I need to download if so I dont know where to dl motherboard or sound drivers.
any help would be great thanks.

Yeah it does sound like the drivers need to be installed again. Give that a try.
