Soundmax On Dell Laptop
I have a Dell Inspiron 1000 with a Soundmax integrated card. The device mgr tab shows it greyed out. No adjustments can be made. When I try to play an audio cd I get a error message: "there is no sound device on this computer".
I downloaded updated drivers from Dell Support but it still will not work. Device Mgr. shows it as being installed and that it is working properly. Does anyone have a clue as to how to get this thing working? Thanks! |
