How to post an attachment
To post an attachment - first click "Go Advanced" under the message window.
 Then click the "arrow" next to the paper-clip icon.  Click "Browse" >> find the file you want to attach and select it. Then click "Upload" - when the file has been uploaded >> click "Close this window".  Back at the reply window >> click the "arrow" next to the paper-clip icon again >> then the file in the menu that appears. The file will be attached to your post.  .. .. ..
