Confused Trouble with Sound on Videos Posted at On-Line Sites...

Recently, I opened a YouTube account and posted three videos, can see, but can't hear them. I can hear them when I listen from the file on my computer. I can hear on-line radio stations.

In the last 24 hours I opened an account at GodTube (similar to YouTube, but tailored to Christians.) I have uploaded one video,...same scenario.

Checked Audio Devices on Control Panel (Windows XP,) but computer says that I have no audio hardware. My mind is spinning!

About last year, I bought a $600 monitor from Dell, Model 2407 WFPb (24", I think) that I thought came loaded with a sound card & audio speakers (as yet...no sound.)

Do I need to go to Microsoft or someplace else for audio drivers or necessary equipment? (I basically bought the monitor because I am a photographer who needs to do high-res. editting in PhotoShop, but I thought that it would be nice for such an expensive monitor to provide me with sound, too,...Eh?) Stan
