scrachy or destorded sound

My HP Pavilion a1330e. Ive went through every troubleshooter there is for my sound problems even reinstalling windows dont do it. If any have had same problem or know how to fix please help. ive replaced speakers and sound card i just dont get it. no matter what if i play game, downloaded cd,music from net.or even try to just play a cd it still sounds really bad and destorded any info will help
