AC'97 OR HD aud to SB live?

My new computer case (antec 900) has connections for EITHER AC'97 OR High definition audio. However, both are in blocks. How do i, or do i at all, connect this to my sound blaster live, which has the long white connector?

The SB Live is a dedicated card, and usually your front panel ports won't work with them unfortunately.

oh ok well that sucks....my dell case's headphone jack had the long white connector and went straight into the card.

Did your Dell come with the sound card preinstalled? If it did, then they would have made sure it would have worked.

yes, and the motherboard had the same connector. oh well, guess that's why they put headphone jacks on the front speaker.
