Soundcard problem??
Hi,
I've just gone and bought a new amplifier to listen to the music on my PC through... The problem is, when I connect the amp through the headphone jack on the PC, I get a really distorted signal. I can still hear the sound coming through but its barely audible over the distortion. If I use the same jack on the PC and some headphones, its fine. If I use my old PC speakers its fine too. It also works fine when I connect my iPod through the same cable/amp config. The soundcard is a SoundMAX Digital Audio 5.1 and the amp is a Cambridge Audio A1. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Edno |
