Sound Crackles but no snap or pop!
Hi there
Hopefully somebody can help with a problem on my xp home edition pc. I've just started dabbling a bit with virtual instrument, studio and softsynth software. The problem is though, if I have more than a few instruments or loops playing at the same time there is a horrible crackling sound through both the speakers and headphones. This happens at all volume levels but only when using this kind of software - when playing mp3's the sound is perfect. The soundcard is an onboard SoundMax. Please help! |
