Very wierd soundcard issue CMI9880

I have an ASUS P5GD2 Intergrated High-Definition Audio, mainly the C-MEDIA CMI9880. I connected all my speakers and for some reason, the HD Sound Detector detects the RS (Right-Surround) as the Subwoofer and the Subwoofer as the Righ-Surround. I don't understand why and I was wondering if I could fix this issue. I reforamtted my PC, it worked fine last time. I also tried re-plugging all the wires.
