Help with Sigmatel Drivers.

Hello, and thanks for listening to my problem.

You see, I have a Sigmatel AC97 sound chipset for a SiS motherboard in my box, and I recently installed both Debian and Windows XP on the same HDD (different partitions). So I was installing Windows drivers for all the hardware, until I bumped on the sound card. I executed the install file, and it gave me an error message: it couldn't install any files in the target drive, "C:\".

You see, the cause was easy to find out: the partition on my HDD to which Win XP can access is called "F:\" instead of "C:\", and it seems the guys at Sigmatel overlooked the fact that people can have hard drives with different symbols rather than "C:\".

So, does anyone have the STAC97 drivers (for Windows XP Pro on a SiS board) in such manner that I could install them? I've thought that maybe having the driver files themselves (not the single installer) and an idea of where in the hard drive they go would solve it too, but I don't have the files, and I don't know the folders they must be in.

Well, thank you very much for reading.
