Only during PC gameplay, my sound becomes garbled
Hello,
My problem is one in relation to, I believe, my sound card. During PC gaming, the sound is fine in all areas except for one: The actual game play. The sound during the game INTRO works fine (like the animation of who developed the game, etc.), as does the the sound in the opening screen of every game (for example, where you choose Play, Load, Settings, etc.) The cinematic, or pre-rendered animation play fine as well. But when I enter the actual game play, the sound (the music, voice overs, sound effects, etc.) skip and become become garbled, but only during game play. If it helps at all, this also happens when trying to play streaming video's of various formats, mainly Quicktime, when the streaming video is embedded into a website. But I assume the same answer would solve both problems. Thank you so much in advance for your valuable time and expertise. Hope to year from you soon, thanks again. -Mark Stanwyck |
