AC'97 Sound Problem.

Hi there !
First of all I want to be sorry for my english. English isn't my national language :)
Ok now lets get down to the point. The Problem is I was playing a game, I was killing, pwning everyone, had big fun :). But then My Screen just freezed, my PC totally crashed, and had an BEEEEPPP sound in my speakers. Ok I reseted my PC and then suddenly i didn't hear the WinXP startup melody, I was starting to worry about it. So I went back in the game, but I realized that I got no sound, i checked if my speakers are on, I switched my speakers to headphones, still no sound. So I was really worrying about, and I started up Winamp to listen if I got still sound on my PC, and when I started up Winamp I had an Error:"Bad DirectSound Driver error code 88780078". Ok, then I reinstalled drivers from website and from CD, and I still got no sound. But when I reinstalled the drivers I had no Bad Direct Sound Error when I started up my winamp, I could even press play button in it, but there was no sound, even if i saw how the equalizer is jumping. So I tryed to do some Restore Points also didnt help. And if I try to launch up Teamspeak then it says that there is no Sound Driver available for use. Oh and one weird thing when I downloaded the AC'97 Driver it also installed the "Sound Effect Manager". And that Manager even doesnt show that I got plugged in my speakers/mic or headphones. But when I start up the Windows Integrated Sound Recorder I can record it with my Mic, I see how the equalizer jumps, but I cannot play it to hear it. And in Control Panel>Sounds and Audio Devices. It shows that I got an Audio Card and everything is OK, and in Device Manager shows that everything is OK with my card, its pretty weird tho :/

So, please people I really don't know what to do. I'm not some Pr0 user or something, I'm just an dude who loves to listen some Mp3's and play couple of games with my friends, so please guys help me out if you can.

Regards,
GasCan.
