Logitech z640 not working

Hey,
I got the Logitech z640 speakers from my friend. I hooked it up to my computer but sound will onyl come out in MATRIX mode. The rear two speakers don't work. Please help me solve this problem. I have a Dell Dimesion 2350. Thanks

Hi, and welcome to TSF!
Please provide more information. What is your sound card? Is this a four or 5.1channel speaker system? Is your sound card configgured or even capable of more than stereo sound?

have a look in the deive manager and see what it lists as the s/card
