Problem With Dvd/cd Rw Drive,not Recognizing Dvd/cd
Hi
My amilo L7300 notebook's dvd/cd drive is not working i have tried all the trouble shooting steps to no avail. I have also updated the drivers. The device manager indicates that the drive is functioning normally but neither a dvd or cd would play. The message i get on inserting the disks is "please insert a disk in drive D" by which i guess that it is not reading the disks. Any suggestions anyone (OS:WINXP) |
