DVD+RW Error Message - No Pconfig

Using Roxio 5.0 Basic, I burned some important pictures on a Maxell DVD+RW. When I went to retrieve the photos from the DVD I got this error message:

{No Pconfig}
"invalid directory entry has been encountered. Some content may be lost or inaccessible."

I'm on a Dell Dimenision 8300.

Is there any resolution for this issue or is my content really lost or inaccessible.

welcome

the first thing i would do would be to uninstall roxio

if you have no other burning program to use, then reinstall the roxio
