MP4 player problems....PLEASE HELP!

OK I bought this MP4 player for christmas as a gift for my wife, here is the eBay link...
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=5843646649
OK, the way that I transfer the files from PC to player is plug it in, right click the file(s) that I want, click send to and click removeable disk E, now, this works perfectly every time when music is transfered, but when i try to do movie files it doesnt work. It will use memory on the player but isnt there, I looked in the music, movies, pictures....nowhere, now, when I plug the player back to the PC it shows up on Windows Media Player, thats the only way I can delete from the player....Why is this?
A friend got a movie to show up once and it is still there, but it plays very small, almost like a tile. Also if anyone can tell me what brand this MP4 player is i'd love to find a website so I can get some technical support....thanks in advance for any help/suggestions you may be able to provide. -Adrian-
