HELP! trying to use sonic, saying DMA turned off?
Hi there, sorry this might be a dumb question but i just got our computer and i'm new to burning dvd's. i'm trying to use sonic 6.1 version and everytime i open it, it gives me an alert saying " MYDVD has detected that DMA is turned off for one or more of the recording devices attached to the system. In order to successfully write the device, DMA should be turned on - ...." i referred to the help section and there is nothing about DMA, i don't even know what this is?
can someone help me as i cannot burn any dvd's since i've been getting this meesage....thanks
