IOMEGA Backup Problems

We are using IOMEGA's backup software with IOMEGA 35GB Discs. We have backups to complete every night (Mon-Fri). For some reason, we keep getting these errors:

"filename" Failed to backup: Error code 0x20003209 (0x2003F04, 0x004B3D46, 0x004AE043, 0x2003281, 0x200032CB)

and

"filename" Failed to backup: Error code: The volume for a file has been externally altered.

This has caused our backups to fail and/or hang up the system which requires a reboot before we can even get the tape out. Any clue what may be causing these errors and how to fix them? Thanks alot.

it looks as if they want you to uninstall then reinstall their software.. as written here

Ok looks like that fixed the problem. Backups seem to be running fine. Thanks alot for the help.
