LG Combo Drive GCC-4521B Not Burning Discs

Hi, I need help here. I work at the Source, and one of my customers came in complaining that her computer won't burn cd's any more. I took a look at it and cleaned out her computer of spyware and adware, It was chocked full of it. Afterwards, I tried to burn a disc and got the messege "Error 030C00" from Nero. She has a LG combo drive on an acer pc. Its the ACER AST-3200 with a celeron processer, 256MB of RAM, Integrated graphics, and a 250GB ATA Hard drive. It still reads CD's and DVD's but won't burn any CD's. I tried using Nero and haven't tried using any other programs.
I am going to try to udpate the firmware on the burner tommorow and will see if that fixes it. If anyone can help me that would be greatly apprciated.

Thanks, Source Worker
