How to Consolidate Files Back Together

After I decrypt a DVD, the files goes into a folder called Video_TS. In the folder are a bunch of files. I want to consolidate these files back into one DVD file, or just a regular file. HOW CAN I DO THIS??? Thanks in advance.

Here is how to do it with Roxio. http://www.roxio.com/en/support/kb/t...60000049.jhtml

If you provide us with your DVD burning software, we can give you a better answer.
