External CD-RW why won't it boot?

Hi
I bought a Dynex External (USB) CD-RW, and I was going to use it for a boot device, in BIOS I selected 1st boot device as USB-CDROM but it doesn't seem to detect it or something.
I tryed the CD on another PC, I know it boots.
Suggestions, anyone?

windows loads the drivers for it after it boots
