CD/DVD rom doesn't autoplay CD's or DVD's but opens the CD/DVD automatically.
When I insert a DVD to my DVD-rom it opens automatically instead of autorunning the flash or other Autorun.exe feature in the dvd.Even when i right click the DVD it doesnt show the autoplay command , only "Open" , "explore".. its like the autorun feature disappeared form the OS.I tried windows autofix for that matter but didnt work . I think its a virus issue but scanning my c drive with avira anti virus didnt show any detection.
plz help!!!! |

Goto Windows Explorer, right click on your DVD drive, properties / AutoPlay tab and ensure "prompt me each time to choose an action" is selected.

Tried that didnt work it is already "prompt me each time..." , i also noticed the icon of the DVD doesn't appear (only a the default Cd and driver icons for all DVDs) !!??
