Installing XP From Flash Drive?

I've heard it is possible to Boot Windows from a USB Flash drive as opposed to a CD/DVD or Floppy. I'm Very interested in learning how to do this and i've even tried a few programs that don't seem to work or only for 4GB or larger drives or for Vista only?
So is there a way? If so could someone direct me to the Program or Instructions etc etc?

Are you wanting to install an OS from a flash drive (doable but not recommened)or actually run an OS from a thumb drive?
You need a 4GB or larger drive because Vista requires that space. XP -512MB minimum.
