[SOLVED] DVD Burning issue

I searched around for a solution to this problem but couldn't find one that works for me so here it goes. I'm running on XP SP2. I have an Optiarc DVD RW AD-5170A. I use Nero Burning ROM. Up until recently everything was working fine but now whenever I try to burn a DVD it just won't burn properly. According to Nero the DVD gets properly burned but then when I insert the DVD back in I get this: http://i34.tinypic.com/20afkt0.jpg . When I put in a blank DVD I get the same thing. I tried different versions of Nero, I tried different brands of DVDs, I tried burning with and without multisession, I tried everything I could think of but nothing seems to work and I just can't seem to burn a new DVD. However, when I insert some of my older DVDs that I've burned with the same Optiarc they work just fine and the PC recognises them as properly burned (for example: http://i35.tinypic.com/rqwtis.jpg ) , unlike the new ones that I try to burn. Any ideas what might be causing this?
