problem with pendrive

Hi, i have problem with my pen drive, which when i open my pendrive all the file that i restore gone however when i check my properties it show i have used half of the space in my pendrive.

i want to know what the cause led the problem and how to get back my file again?

If "all the file that i restore gone" means you have deleted all of the files, then simply try formatting the drive. Aside from that, it could be spyware/malware or it has simply failed.

Goto dos mode, change the attribute of files in the drive (attrib *.* -s -h). Then you will see your files. Your pendrive might be infected so scan with virus scanner.
