Cd rom is not detected

I just wanted to clean my computer so i opened the cabinet n i disconected the wires n then reconected them n after that i pressed the button on the cd n it was not openin n then wen i went to my computer my cd rom drive was missin n after that i searched in the internet how to detect them n then i deleted the upper filters n lower filters as it was given in one of the websites n by mistake i also deleted the file called 000 under that 4d36 called file ............. so now i dont kno how to do again get my cd rom back n can ne one plzzzz help me plzzzzzzzzzzz............ i need an expert advice
n i seriously need ur help fast cuz i am doin an online job n that job can be done by insertin the cd they hav given so for me to continue my job u experts hav to guide me....

Was this a registry entry or what?
i also deleted the file called 000 under that 4d36 called file .............
I'm afraid it doesn't make much sense. Spelling and punctuation would make it a lot easier to follow what you are trying to say :)
Did you double check teh data and power cables on the CD to make sure they are tight, as well as the data cable on the motherboard end?

Well it is registry editor n wat is teh and power cables ? Can u explain me what that is plzz cuz i am a totall rookie regarding these terms ......

There should be two cables connecting to each drive, one comes from teh power supply and - this is the power cable - the other comes from the motherboard this is the data cable make sure both are connected to the drive and that the data cable is connected to the motherboard. If it worked before you removed the cables, it theoretically should work ater replacing them. Look in your motherboard documentation for more information about where the IDE or SATA ports are on your particular motherboard.
