Long lead in time

Hi guys,
a month ago I bought a new Samsung SH-S223B dvd drive for my rig. I burned one dvd on it than and cant remember the lead in time of that session, but since it takes like 3 to 4 minutes to make a lead in.

So, is this normal or should I take the dvd drive to the shop and ask for an replacement?

Thanks

Re: Long lead in time

Try a different brand or type of media.

Re: Long lead in time

Samsung are better readers than writers. A firmware update may help.
