[SOLVED] Nero Issues

For some reason the only recorder offered in my nero is the image recorder. For some reason my drive is no longer there. I have burned things recently. I have no idea where it went.

is it still seen by the bios

try removing the filters

how do i know if its seen by the bios? when i put a cd in it asks if I can to burn a dvd

by looking to see if it listed with your h/d

did you try the filters

i uninstalled and reinstalled and that worked. I tried the manual way I got to step three and never saw upper or lower filters

they are not always there
